These grillz are made entirely of medical grade cobalt chrome alloy. This is completely compatible in the mouth, very resistant and does not corrode.

These are also available with a bridge between the individual caps. This bridge runs behind your front teeth and is not visible when you wear it! It provides better stability and a better hold in the mouth. In addition, you do not lose the grillz so easily. (You shouldn't underestimate this risk, it's actually quite a thing.)
